200 South Tyrolean organic apple farmers form the cooperative Biosüdtirol. With their families, they manage small-scale farms and with their work they want to ensure that ecology and economy fit into one and the same apple box. The brand Biosüdtirol stands for 100% organic products, grown by 200 farmers. Them, the apples, and the apple juice are well known, even far beyond the borders of South Tyrol – because enjoyment does not set limits.
