INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
EX ART. 13 D.LGS. 196/2003


Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we provide the following information:

  1. The personal data provided by you or acquired in the context of our activity will be subject to processing based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your / your privacy and your / your rights.

  6. The consent for the processing of data is optional for the purposes referred to in point 3 and any refusal to provide us with the authorization for such processing cannot lead to failure or partial performance of the contract or failure to perform the assignment.
  7. The data may be communicated, exclusively for the purposes indicated above, to certain subjects including legal or tax consultants, banking institutions and transport companies, in order to fulfill the above obligations. The data may occasionally become known to companies related to us,

Even personal data classified as sensitive, that is data suitable to reveal racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs in general, political opinions, adherence to parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical nature, political or trade union, as well as the personal data suitable to reveal the state of health and the sexual life, can be object of treatment only after express and written consent of the interested one and previous authorization of the Guarantor for the protection of the personal data (article 26 of the D .lgs n.196 / 2003), according to the methods and for the purposes indicated above. Any refusal to provide us with the authorization for such processing cannot lead to failure or partial performance of the contract or failure to perform the assignment.
  10. The holder of the processing of personal data is the Bioland, Via Niederthor 1, 39018 Terlano (BZ).
  11. You may contact the data controller or the data processor to assert your rights, as required by Article 7 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.


Art. 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
    • the origin of personal data;
    • the purposes and methods of processing;
    • the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    • of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
    •  the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees.
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    • updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
    • the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data which does not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
    • he attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such fulfillment occurs reveals impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of resources with respect to the protected right.
  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    • for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
    • to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
