Partschillerhof

A 'berry' wide range
Berries have been grown on Partschillerhof farm since 1972; Andreas Rungger and his wife Melanie have been gradually adding new types of berry: blackcurrants, elderflowers and elderberries. The farm has been organic since 1993, when the Rungger family joined the Bioland association, and has held Bioland certification since then.
Year-long experience in berry-growing led to this fruit being processed into various jams, types of mostarda and cordials in the 1990s. Kiwis, grapes and figs are also turned into mostarda, while basil, lemon balm and peppermint are made into cordials.
